- Compulsory Travel Insurance for the Photo Clinic Trip should be covered by each eligible winner.
- To ensure that the Photo Clinic runs effectively, all winners of the Photo Clinic Trip are only allowed to bring and use Canon EOS camera.
- The Photo Clinic Trip is only valid for the winner and is not transferrable for any reason.
- The Photo Clinic Trip Prize will be cancelled should the winner be not able to meet the schedule set by the organizer without any compensation.
- All winners must present the same valid ID card as the one registered in the registration system to the organizer upon receiving the prizes. (except for online category)
